About the Beta Trial
- All new accounts will be created with Advantage level capabilities.
- The beta trial will last for 60 days.
- At the end of the 60 days, customers will be required to either downgrade to Essential or start payment for Advantage.
- If you downgrade, in addition to losing access to Advantage level features, your account will be reduced down to 1 user (account owner), 1 group (with one user in it), and a data storage cap of 100 MB which means that all users, groups and storage that exceeds these limits will be removed from the account immediately.
- Data will be removed based on the recorded date of project edits. Projects with the latest edits will be maintained first, followed by the next closest project edit dates until the Essential storage limit has been reached. Once the data has been removed, it is not possible to recover it.
- During the beta trial, GSSI will collect usage information to help us improve our software. This access is as follows:
- GSSI does not have access to any of your project data unless you give us access to a specific project.
- GSSI does have access to your equipment information in order to enable customized software update status, equipment usage information and equipment health information. Nothing in this data is directly linked to Project data.
- GSSI does have access to the number of users and number of groups associated with your account. GSSI does not have access to specific user information such as names and user ID’s. GSSI will use this information to help improve our software only.
- GSSI does not have access to your login passwords.
- None of the information that GSSI has access to will be shared with any other 3rd party during or after the beta trial.
